I’ve always been interested in the pre-cut patterns how it’s made. Many of you know it. After 12 years, I’ve wondered where I can take the installation of vehicle protection film next.
I became interested, asking how the templates are prepared to pre-cut the protective film. I always wondered why one car fit beautifully and another was absolutely horrible, inaccurate.
When I finally found out all the necessary information I started buying technology and software. the first investment was 13 000€ to be able to produce my first not quite perfect template. Now I just laught of the time . 1 year it took to debug everything I needed. Now we own the hardware and software on a professional level, and we are happy that our work pushes you installers and therefore you can provide your customers with maximum quality.
Pencils and stencil sheets have been replaced by scanners and software. A digital template is an easily editable file in curves that you can edit using various programs such as (corel draw, illustrator, AutoCAD…). But let’s go to the beginning. We can create a digital template from a modeled or scanned 3D model. Based on the specification of the material the template will be made of, the software can calculate the surface tension of the template and the relative elongation to be able to be applied to the surface of the object.

We send the product as soon as we register the payment. In some countries there is a time difference which may delay the dispatch of the product.
Our product contains source files. You need CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or another program to edit them. Some plotters supply similar software free of charge with the machine.

Each vehicle is manufactured according to toleranced dimensions. Our templates are accurate, but within certain tolerance limits given by the vehicle manufacturer. Each customer must inspect the product before use. Measure certain parts of the vehicle and check the dimensions of the template. We are not responsible for any product variations as the product is not used on the vehicle being scanned. In this case, there may also be a deviation in the production of the vehicle.
